There will be no exchange or refund on any services provided.

For the safety of remaining clients and staff, the door will be locked after 7:00 PM (closing time). This measure is not an act of imprisonment. If you do not agree with this policy, please arrive earlier or refrain from signing in.

Intentional use of counterfeit money will result in immediate legal action, including involving the police and pressing charges.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work, which is why we offer a 7-day guarantee. If your polish peels or your nail breaks within the first week of your appointment, please let us know! We will happily repair it for you at no extra cost.
